About the Role:
Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is looking for a talented and driven SAP P2P Lead Consultant to join our growing team in Woodlyn, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leadership role in delivering end-to-end SAP Procure-to-Pay solutions for dynamic clients across industries. Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle SAP P2P implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
- Configure and optimize SAP MM modules including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, and Invoice Verification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate P2P processes with FI/CO, SD, and WM modules
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and delivering solutions on time
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, blueprint workshops, and process documentation for SAP P2P workstreams
- Mentor and guide junior SAP consultants and project team members
- Support SAP S/4HANA migrations and upgrades related to procurement and accounts payable processes
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (USC/GC) — required
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP P2P / SAP MM consulting experience
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Procurement, Vendor Management, and Accounts Payable
- Proven experience leading SAP implementations or major enhancement projects
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
- Experience with SAP Ariba or SRM integration is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field

Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
