Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is looking for a skilled SAP BASIS Administrator to join our growing team in San Antonio, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in managing and optimizing our SAP landscape while working alongside a passionate group of technology professionals. Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems including upgrades, patches, and support packages
- Monitor SAP system performance, availability, and capacity planning across the landscape
- Manage SAP user administration, roles, authorizations, and security profiles
- Perform SAP system refreshes, client copies, and transport management (TMS)
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP BASIS-related issues, working with SAP OSS as needed
- Maintain SAP landscape documentation and ensure compliance with change management processes
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support SAP project implementations and enhancements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP BASIS Administrator
- Proficiency in SAP NetWeaver, SAP S/4HANA, and/or SAP ECC environments
- Experience with SAP HANA database administration and performance tuning
- Strong knowledge of operating systems including Linux/Unix and Windows Server
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, STMS, and SAP security concepts
- Experience with SAP cloud platforms (SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Connector) is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- SAP BASIS certification is preferred but not required

Compensation: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
